Transport
The grapes are loaded onto a flatbed truck for the short trip up the hill to Domaine Serene’s winery. They are weighed and then dumped onto the sorting line. Forklifts are used extensively, which means that Tony, besides being a master winemaker, must also be a master forklift operator!
